I've been struggling to maintain my routine lately. Some days are great, but then I hit a rough patch and everything falls apart. What strategies work for you?
I use a visual calendar on my wall where I mark off each day I complete my goals. Seeing the streak grow motivates me!

I personally prefer the physical calendar, but many people in the community love using Habitica or Loop Habit Tracker.
Setting small, achievable goals has been key for me. Instead of 'exercise for an hour,' I start with 'put on workout clothes.' Breaking it down helps!
